A common problem for a jump drive is when the operating system fails to recognize the jump drive or launch the onboard encryption applications. In these circumstance it is likely that the error is linked to the jump device drivers installed in the computer's operating system.

The default jump drivers provided with Windows operating systems generally only offer marginal functionality for your jump drive.
